Not all who wander are lost

Its been said that, not all who wander are lost.

What is it about these times we wander?

Is it far from pleasing? Is it disheartening?
Many view wandering as a time that weighs down your soul which is the cause of loss of hope, &lessened dreams. The cause of empty eyes, vacant hearts, & lost love...

There is however this perception of wandering.  The times you bend down so you can jump higher.  The times when you fall, but in return gain necessary strength on your way back up. Its when something stabs you in the heart, but in time that same hurt, turns to wisdom.

Sometimes.. its in these times that we wander, that we discover. That we grow..
It can make the blurry become clear, and open our limited range of vision to limitless sight.

ForYourInformation..

Ever since I was very young I would write in my journal.
I found at a fairly young age that it was the best way to solve any problem.
I began to recognize my pattern of starting an entry with a question, a worry, or with something i didn't understand and end up with the answer or solution.
The mess in my head changed to clarity on paper.
All done pretty unconsciously.
I thought it was something that just worked for me.
But then I found this.

"Just as breathing exercises help integrate body and mind, writing is a kind of psycho-neural muscular activity which helps bridge and integrate the conscious and subconscious minds. Writing distills, crystalizes and clarifies thought and helps break the whole into parts"

So Im thinkin it might work for you too.
There isn't too many ways that you can "clarify thought" .
And most likely you don't know whats really goin on in there.
Chances are you can learn a lot from yourself.
Maybe YOU can solve some of your own problems.

In a world that persistently doubts, judges and demeans the possibility of our character through vacant eyes, we need to believe in people; not in what we see, but what we don't see

We are living in a world that doubts.
We are surrounded by a society that judges and demeans.
its like we lost our faith.
not only in things, more importantly in people.
in our friends and our family and in those closest to us.
everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt
we need to believe not in what we see.
but what we don't see; which is what they are capable of.
their potential.

see

Music. What would i do.
without music?
it says it all.
it says everything we can't say.
its why we cling to it.
because its finally something that brings comfort with its understanding
something that can express what you can't.
it can make you feel inspired, it can bring hope.
it helps us make sense of a world that doesn't.

the times we fail,
then the lessons we learn from that failure.
the times we crawl,
and the lessons we learn from standing back up
the times we succeed,
and the lessons we learn from success
when we smile,
then learn from happiness
the times we stand,
when we thought we could never get back up
the times we saw the light,
and the lessons we learned from holding on.

"all we need to know, is what we're going to know"
Its not confusing.
its plain and simple.
yet so complex.
we need to know the intelligence we are going to know.
the lessons we are going to learn
&see through eyes that we are going to see through.

Journal, you are my only true friend. Out of everyone; I ran to you. You are loyal and constant and unwavering. I know I can always count on you. You are unjudgemental and patient. You listen and you make me feel better. You take my load upon you and off of me. I love you.

Time is not.

In the moment, you feel like time is slow.
in hindsight, you don't know where it all went.
its like it vanished it the depths of oblivion.

oh how valuable our time is.

Suppose there is a bank that credits your account each and every morning with $86,400.

Every evening it deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day.
What would you do?
Each of us has such a bank.

It's name is TIME.

Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
To know the value of one year:
Ask a student who has failed a final exam
To know the value of one month:
Ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby
To know the value of one week:Ask an editor of a weekly newspaper.
To know the value of one hour:Ask someone who is waiting for news in an emergency room
To know the value of one minute:Ask a person who has missed their plane
To know the value of one-second:Ask a person who just missed an accident.
To know the value of one millisecond:Ask the person who has won a silver medal in the olympics

Time Is by Henry Van Dyke
Time is
Too Slow for those who Wait,
Too Swift for those who Fear,
Too Long for those who Grieve,
Too Short for those who Rejoice;
But for those who Love,
Time is not.

Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose.

It carries over no balance.

It allows no overdraft.

Each day it opens a new account for you.

Each night it burns the remains of the day.

If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours.
There is no going back.  There is no drawing against the "tomorrow."
It carries over no balance from day to day.

deep breath and here it goes

I have been wanting to do this for awhile.
I have had a blog for a long time now. But its available to my eyes only.
This one can be for more than just me. For some reason the idea still tugs on my vulnerable soul a little bit. I prefer to be a closed book. But why not share what I know. Maybe it can benefit someone or even myself.
It took quite awhile to pick out a layout. I wanted it to match the writing.  Not too bright or happy because sometimes, maybe even most of the time; good writing is real and inspiring. serene and soft.  Thats how it hits me anyway.

deep breath; and here it goes.

Its the little things in life. In my opinion its your soul that holds hope, love... passion &peace.. Those important things &feelings. So to make your soul tingle, ... must be pretty important.
These things... are my idiosyncrasies. The things that make my soul smile.

we need to remember to feed our soul. To make deposits to that very place we withdraw love, forgiveness, passion from.
