How do you love someone you have feelings of hate towards?
How do you love someone who hates you?
How do you love someone you resent?
How do you love someone who wrongs you, who is unkind to you?
Well this one is simple but when I learned this, it meant a great deal. It is one of those things we already think we know because it is simple and makes so much sense.
Maybe you are struggling with feeling love towards others. Maybe just towards one person.
